Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified and compassionate Doctor to join our medical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients, managing medical conditions, and promoting overall health and well-being. The doctor must provide high-quality care while demonstrating empathy, professionalism, and a strong commitment to patient safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Examine and evaluate patients to diagnose health issues and determine appropriate treatment plans
- Prescribe medications, therapies, and other interventions as necessary
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and patient histories
- Advise patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with specialists, nurses, and other healthcare staff to ensure integrated patient care
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide acute care when needed
- Adhere to ethical practices, medical guidelines, and hospital policies
- Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and continued medical education
- Ensure compliance with relevant medical laws, ethics, and licensing standards
Qualifications:
- MBBS degree (MD/MS or specialization preferred based on role)
- Valid medical license/registration (e.g., MCI/State Medical Council in India)
- Proven experience as a practicing doctor (experience level can vary by role)
- Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Compassionate approach with a strong sense of ethics and integrity
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) and medical software
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Additional certifications or specialization (e.g., Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Cardiology)
- BLS/ACLS certification
- Multilingual abilities for diverse patient communication
